Victoria Altenord, LGPC
Victoria Altenord is a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC) in the District of Colombia and a National Board Certified Counselor (NCC). Victoria obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from State University of New York, University at Albany and a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology (TCSPP), Washington, DC Campus. She is also a doctoral candidate in the Psy.D. Clinical Psychology program at TCSPP DC. Victoria has experience supporting at-risk youth and underprivileged adults who have experienced trauma, depression, anxiety, court involvement, substance abuse and conflict within the family system.
With an integrative approach and trauma informed lens, Victoria meets clients where they are on their journey and facilitates collaborative client centered healing to improve overall quality of life. She also has experience teaching emotional regulation, culturally informed social skills, and mindfulness techniques in both individual and group settings.

Victoria Leonard, LICSW, LCSW-C
Victoria’s experience rests in working with military and their families, LGBT community trauma victims, couples, and early parental loss. She previously worked in the non-profit sector, and through her 20+ years’ experience, takes an approach that brings together values, experiences, and optimism as a way to strengthen and improve overall quality of life. She obtained her Masters in Social Work from Howard University.

Violet Ellen Adjei, LGPC
Ms. Adjei obtained her B.A. in Psychology from The George Washington University, Washington, D.C, and her M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Argosy University/Arlington, VA Campus. She uses an integrative approach to therapy which includes, but is not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic, Mindfulness, and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT). In addition, Ms. Adjei has experience in cognitive rehabilitation and biofeedback training.
Her areas of interest include: Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Depression, Anxiety, Grief, and various other neuropsychological disorders. She enjoys working with a multi-disciplinary team and focusing on a team approach toward wellness and health care.
