An Ngo, PsyD, LPA
Dr. Ngo has extensive experience providing psychological services in diverse settings, including schools, hospitals, and community health environments. Her approach combines cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic theory, and mindfulness to provide individually tailored treatment for each client’s unique perspective. Dr. Ngo works with children, adolescents, and adults who experience a wide range of psychological issues including: affective disorders, anxiety, adjustment problems, chronic pain, sleep disturbances, eating disorder, traumatic experiences, and more.
Mental health is... a state of well-being, inseparable from physical health.

Anjelica Jackson Todd, PsyD
Dr. Anjelica Jackson Todd is a licensed clinical psychologist in the state of Maryland. She obtained her B.A. in Clinical/Counseling Psychology from Washington College (Chestertown, MD) and her M.A. and Psy.D. (Doctor of Psychology) degrees from Wheaton College (Wheaton, IL). She has extensive experience providing trauma-informed, culturally-responsive, and evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy to children, adolescents, and adults as well as psychological evaluations.
Dr. Anjelica believes that a strong therapist-client relationship is the foundation for clinical progress. She works to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients can have honest conversations about their challenges and discover their strengths. Dr. Anjelica is committed to seeing her clients as whole people and honoring all of the unique factors that make up their identities including but not limited to race, ethnicity, religion/spirituality, age, gender identity, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, etc.
Dr. Anjelica believes that everyone should have access to high-quality mental health services. She tailors her therapeutic approach to meet the specific needs of each client, utilizing treatment models supported by research. Dr. Anjelica is nationally-certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and has been intensively trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). She also integrates a number of treatment approaches including, but not limited to, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT); Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT); Attachment, Regulation, and Competency (ARC); supportive therapy; motivational interviewing; and play therapy. Dr. Anjelica is eager to partner with you to identify and reach your goals.
In addition to her role as a clinical psychologist, Dr. Anjelica is also Assistant Director of Psychology Training at CCCC. Prior to joining CCCC, Dr. Anjelica worked at the Center for Child and Family Traumatic Stress at Kennedy Krieger Institute.
When she’s not working, Dr. Anjelica enjoys spending time with her family, rooting for her favorite sports teams, and exercising. She has never met a beach she doesn’t love, she owns way too many books, and she never turns down a good dance party.

Barbara J. Brown, PhD.
Dr. Brown is the owner and founder of CapitolHill Consortium for Counseling & Consultation LLC, also known as CCCC, formerly known as Family Assistance in Coping with Trauma and Stress, F.A.C.T.S. PLLC.
Dr. Brown is an honors graduate of Wellesley College and received her doctorate degree in psychology from Boston University.
Dr. Brown believes that routine mental health screening at key developmental stages during childhood, adolescence, and adulthood is critical to prevent the tragedies that we hear in the news daily. Recognizing problems as early as possible and providing appropriate psychological treatment will serve individuals, families, and society well.
Dr. Brown provides individual, couples, family, and group psychotherapy for children, adolescents and adults in the Washington, DC area. She accepts most insurances, medical assistance, and EAP, with the mission of making mental health services as accessible and affordable as possible. She provides public speaking engagements on a variety of mental health topics for local and national organizations. Her therapy and expert witness specialty areas include trauma, domestic violence, mood, and personality disorders, as well as couple and family counseling.
