Alison Kullman, LMSW

Alison Kullman is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in the state of Maryland. Alison obtained her BA in English and Psychology from Vassar College and a Master’s in Social Work from New York University’s Silver School of Social Work.

Alison has worked with clients of all ages in hospital, school, and outpatient mental health settings. She has experience working with clients facing a variety of diagnoses and life experiences, including, but not limited to: depression, anxiety, self-harm/suicidal ideation, LGBTQIA+ issues, foster care/adoption, school issues, eating disorders, and trauma. Based on each client’s unique lived experience, Alison blends psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral therapy, and systems-based approaches. She also incorporates play and art therapy into her sessions.

     Alison offers holistic, strength-based therapy with a culturally responsive, healing focused lens. She recognizes the systemic barriers to care and believes deeply in the need for high quality, equitable mental health care for everyone. AIison sees children ages 5+, adolescents and adults for individual counseling.

Aliya Subhit, LMFT

Aliya has specialized training in various play therapy techniques and working with children, teens, and their families, and believes that the first step of therapy is acknowledging and honoring an individual for the uniqueness of their story. Aliya also specializes in working through behavioral challenges in school settings. Aliya works with issues including anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress, interpersonal relationship concerns, grief and loss, and trauma.

Mental health is… our emotional, social, psychological, behavioral, and spiritual well-being, and provides a canvas for how we will create the story of our lives.

Alyssa Clark, LICSW

Alyssa takes a supportive and eclectic approach to therapy, starting with clients’ reasons for courageously seeking support. She believes in helping others overcome internal and external barriers to mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness, and views a balance of accountability and self-compassion as the key to working through life’s struggles. Alyssa works with adults, and specializes in anxiety disorders, mood disorders, thought disorders, as well as struggles with life adjustments and interpersonal conflicts.

Mental health is... something we need to be attentive to and compassionate towards.
