Crisis Resources
Sometimes, a mental health problem requires urgent attention.
If you or a loved one are in crisis or you or a loved one have a life-threatening emergency, please go immediately to your nearest hospital emergency room. If you need assistance to get help call 911. If you are an existing client, please let your clinician know your status at your earliest convenience.
There are also a wide variety of beneficial resources, local and national, for specific needs and circumstances. These phone lines are staffed by compassionate, helpful individuals who have training in addressing a crisis that you or a loved one may be going through.
